Matthew and I were on the hunt again this morning! We met a lady from Oak Terrace and looked at a two bedroom townhouse! We loved it. It was a little in shambles, because they're repainting and stuff. The people before got evicted and they had been pretty disgusting. I mean, the toilet upstairs was pretty much black. GROSS. They were finishing up the painting and they're doing the cleaning over the next week.
It was really cute! I'm pretty sure we will be able to get it. The lease will start August 1st. Money is going to be extremely tight, since we will be paying two rents for August, but we will make it. I know we will. God will provide.
We're going to turn in our applications on Friday. We're really, really excited. It's going to be such a great home for Matt, Luna, and I. I cannot wait. It's going to be so wonderful to officially start our life together in a new home.
Matthew has an interview at Autozone tomorrow! It was a bit of good news among all the bad. The light at the end of the tunnel, for sure. We're praying that it goes really well! I have faith. It's going to be wonderful.
